2 years ago, I bought second hand Honda Civic car with this garage. During that time, they told me that they have changed the car with new battery and convinced me to buy the car with their sweet speech. 1.5 years later, I have to change my battery which is the most expensive part. When I contacted this garage, they said they only changed to refurbished battery and not the new battery. As per the battery dealer, they clearly say refurbished battery will work only for 1-2 years maximum but this fact was completely hidden by this garage. Completely unprofessional approach of doing car business. Not trust worthy at all. If we buy car here, soon we have to pay heavy price for the parts of the car. So be careful with such garages and better to avoid. Honestly I did not expect such unprofessional approach here in the Netherlands because of very straight-forward nature of Dutch people.
