Came here to small turn and regular airco service. They called me at 16:58 to tell me that airco does not work. Upon checking regular small turn service report, it was visible that airco status was modified from OK to NOT OK. Either they did not check it first time properly or it was broken during follow up airco service. Of course, asked for clarification, and this is what I got as reply:
"With an aircoservice the airco will be filled with the fluid, we fill the airco through a system. When the airco doesn't cool it can have two causes. One: It's empty and need to be filled and two: it's broken. But you can only find out by filling it. So they did as we do in all our centres. The airco can't be broken in this way. When it is filled and the airco still remains hot it's a sign it's not working. The manager has called you to tell you so and you requested not to do anything with it. So they emptied the airco and left it like it was. They never charged you for the filling and they advised you to go to a specialist to get it checked/repaired. So we decline your complaint on this notice."
I never instructed them to empty airco as that would be plain crazy, nor had an idea it's broken; have no idea this is the process (not on webpage for sure) to determine it's broken, or would never brought it here.
Why would you need to refill and fully empty and give it back to you, to find out whether it's broken?
Making it public, so you know what you will be dealing with - as customer has no chance to be right here. Nor do I have a way to know what to hell happened during their service, without bringing it to court.
